2024 CAVA MEMBERSHIP

A CAVA Membership will keep you up-to-date on issues impacting the profession of volunteer engagement, allow you to add your voice to our network and help you to get inspiration for your work in the non-profit field!  

Whether you are a non-profit professional that works with volunteers full-time or simply manages them as a part of your job, a CAVA membership is what you need!  You'll learn the best ways to attract, retain and manage volunteers for your oraganization. CAVA memberships are annual, based on the calendar year, from January-December.  Memberships for the 2024 year begin in January, so sign up today!

What's included in your CAVA Membership? 

• Free access to monthly CAVA Skill Builders: typically the first Thursday morning of the month, skill builders are either personal development, skills-focused or networking-based and often include a professional speaker or panel of special guests. 
• Networking events: whether it's our annual CAVA Java kick-off to the year, a mid-year brain break, or an after hours social event, you'll enjoy hanging out with your peers in a casual setting that allows connections and conversations. 
• Discounted pricing on Essentials of Volunteer Management (EVM):   Whether you work directly with volunteers in a management role, are in a leadership position in your non-profit or just want a refresher, this training is for you. This two-day workshop includes learning modules, interactive activities and opportunities for idea-sharing with your peers.
• Flexible group membership option: our group membership opens up the skill builders to the right people in your organization. Online meetings are open to any employees, and  in-person meetings can be attended by up to 5 members of your team, based on what interests them.
