Join us at CityLink for this one-day crash course into Volunteer Administration! Whether you're new to the position or just want a refresher, the CAVA board has put together presentations on the most important information needed to succeed in a Volunteer Administration role. 

Topics include:

  • Volunteer Recruiting and Onboarding -- while also understanding the community to find volunteers
  • Difficult Conversations with Volunteers/Problem-Solving.
