Volunteer Administrators (of all levels) give so much in support of the volunteers in their care, it is common to not take time to focus on what they need to thrive! We will spend time focusing on topics of personal/professional growth and development, including:

• Personal Values Clarification & Action Plan

• Self-Compassion Exercise
