About the Speaker
Aaron Grant works with People Working Cooperatively (PWC), a Cincinnati-based nonprofit organization that provides home repairs, energy conservation services, and accessibility modifications to low-income families in the greater Cincinnati area. As Director of PWC’s Whole Home Innovation Center, Aaron focuses on health-related housing programs including lead poisoning prevention, asthma trigger reduction, and fall prevention. He previously served as PWC’s Volunteer Program Manager from 2013–2021, where he coordinated nearly 3,000 volunteers annually and led major events such as Repair Affair and Prepare Affair.
