Join CAVA for Mix, Mingle and Manage: Volunteer Management Edition, an interactive Skill Builder designed to bring volunteer professionals together to share ideas, exchange experiences, and learn from one another. Attendees will rotate through small-group, roundtable discussions focused on a variety of volunteer management topics, such as recruitment, volunteer data systems, recognition, organizational buy-in, group volunteering, and more. Each table will be facilitated by a CAVA board member, creating a welcoming space to ask questions, brainstorm solutions, share what’s working, and learn from the experiences of fellow volunteer administrators. We want to make this session as relevant and valuable as possible, so after registering, attendees will be asked to complete a brief survey to help us identify the topics and challenges they would most like to explore. Come ready to mix, mingle, share your expertise, and leave with fresh ideas you can bring back to your organization!
